Can I get out of Redbridge without using the roundabout at all?
Partly. Beehive Lane and Redbridge Lane East give you a way south and east, and plenty of people here plan their week around exactly that. The catch is that both feed the A12 eventually, and the flyover junction turns up the moment you need the North Circular. Learning it costs less than the detours do.
What happens if I take the wrong exit at the Redbridge Roundabout?
You end up on the A406 with a long run before you can come back, which is exactly why people dread it.
