The form, the phone or email, all read by the same people. Use the form if you want your booking in writing, and the phone if you have something to ask before you commit to anything. If nobody picks up, the instructor is mid-lesson: leave a message or text and you will get a call back.

It Reaches a Person
Your enquiry goes to the same inbox that the phone number rings through to. There is no call centre and no queue of automated emails.
We Reply Same Day
Anything sent between 7am and 10pm is usually answered that day, and anything sent overnight the next morning. We call if you left a number, email if you would rather.
You Get a Name
We tell you which instructor covers your postcode, what they have free, and the first slot you could take. If nothing fits your week, we say so rather than leaving you waiting.
You Book One Hour
Start with a single hour at £37 and pay at the end of it. Block bookings and courses come later, if you want them, once you have met the instructor.
What to Have Ready
None of it is essential to send an enquiry, but including it gets you a straight answer first time instead of three emails.
- Your postcode. It decides which instructor you get and where the lessons will run.
- Your provisional licence. You must hold one before your first lesson and your instructor has to see it. Apply on gov.uk if you have not; it usually takes a few days.
- Any driving you have already done, even a handful of hours. It changes what the first lesson looks like.
- The days and times you could do every week. A regular weekly slot gets you to test standard faster than lessons booked when you remember.
- If you already have a practical test booked, the date and the centre.
Your First Lesson
Your instructor collects you from the address you gave, at home, at work or at a station, and drives to somewhere quiet before you swap seats. Your first go at moving off is not on a main road.
The hour covers the cockpit drill, moving off and stopping, steering and the first observation habits. Because the car is automatic there is no clutch to get past first, so most people are driving inside the first twenty minutes. You finish with honest feedback and a plan for the next hour.
An hour is £37 and the pick-up is part of it. Two hours is the better option if it fits your budget: less of the lesson goes on settling in. Pay at the end, cash or bank transfer.
Nervous about the first one? Say so in the message. It is the most common thing people tell us and it changes where the instructor starts you, not whether they take you on.
There Is No Office to Visit
We are a service-area business. Instructors travel to pupils across 51 areas of East London and the City, so the map below marks where we work rather than a building you can walk into. Nothing is charged for that travel and there is no address to come to.
